Starting to feel frazzled, run-down, tired and lacking motivation? Yes, it's that time of year again!And it has been one heck of a year!
If we just take a moment to stop and look around us, however, nature is going in to hibernation, slowing down, conserving energy in order to grow and flourish again in the Spring. Unfortunately, modern life doesn't allow us to go and sleep under a pile of duvets for 3 months, but If we recognise these dark days still stir up those primordial needs within us, we can catch ourselves before total burnout.
Take time to look after yourself this winter, have a hot bath, slow down and be more mindful, eat delicious, warming food, actually sit down and enjoy that cup of tea, reflect and let go of things that havn't been good this year, have some lovely Reflexology or a massage...just taking that time to rest and recuperate, little and often, will help to conserve your energy so you can emerge from these long winter months healthy, vibrant and with more energy and motivation.


Sleep - we could all do with more of it!

Sleep can be an issue for many of us and, if not addressed, can have detrimental effects on our health and wellbeing. A lot of my clients experience long term sleep problems and seek out Reflexology, sometimes as a last resort! Even after their first session, 99.9% leave feeling relaxed, energised and say they have the best nights' sleep they have had in ages!
